1. Start With the Mindset Reset

Before you pick up the juicer, pick up a pen.

  • Clarify your WHY. Are you juicing to heal? To reset your cravings? To show your body some overdue love?

  • Decide: are you dabbling… or are you ready to transform?

  • Write out your intention. Make it visible. Tape it to your fridge. Tattoo it on your spirit.

Your body hears every thought you think.
So before you ask it to change, tell it what you’re changing for.

3. Set Up Your Space

“Set your environment up for your success—not your sabotage.”

Your kitchen should say, “You’re safe here.”

  • Clear out the junk. Bye-bye, processed temptation.

  • Wash and prep your produce.

  • Stock up on jars, strainers, and your go-to juice recipes.

  • Do a taste test. Trust me—you don’t want surprises on Day 1.

Make it easy. Make it beautiful.
Make it a sacred space for healing.


4. Build Your Structure

“When you wing it, you won’t win.”

Juice fasting without a plan is like hiking without a map.
You’ll get lost in your cravings.

  • Decide: how many juices a day? (4–6 is standard)

  • Pick your recipes now—not when you’re hungry.

  • Schedule your juice times like doctor’s appointments.
    Because they are.
    Doctor you—prescribing your own healing.


5. Have a Support Plan

“Fasting without support is like climbing a mountain with no guide.”

You’re strong. But you don’t have to go it alone.

  • Tell a trusted friend what you’re doing.
